Yoga, Healing & Inner Harmony
A 12-Day Journey through Kerala and Mumbai
A transformational retreat combining sacred traditions, coastal serenity, and cultural richness
India is a land where the spiritual and the everyday are deeply intertwined, a place where dawn begins with the sound of temple bells and the scent of jasmine in the air. This 12-day journey invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with yourself, with nature, and with the enduring spirit of the land.
Your path unfolds from the colonial charm of Kochi’s old town to the quietude of Neeleshwar Hermitage on Kerala’s unspoiled Malabar Coast, and finally to the energy and layered history of Mumbai. Along the way, you’ll move through stillness and sound, ritual and rhythm—awakening both body and spirit through daily yoga, traditional healing, and immersive cultural encounters.
The journey is both inward and outward—an invitation to be still, to explore, and to truly feel the beauty of India with your whole being.
At Neeleshwar Hermitage, the heart of this journey, your days are framed by yoga at sunrise, Ayurvedic healing, nourishing meals, and moments of silence by the sea. This serene retreat is also a doorway into deeper local traditions: you’ll witness a Theyyam performance, an ancient ritual where gods and ancestors are believed to descend into the dancer’s body, transforming the village space into sacred ground. A guided walk through a nearby village offers insight into daily rural life, and a visit to a local school brings a sense of connection and shared humanity that transcends borders.
